Bookkeeping Options (current year)
Basic – Annual Revenue of $100k – $400k: $500 per month
Select – Annual Revenue of $401k – $700k: $900 per month
Pro – Annual Revenue of $701k – $1m: $1500 per month

All bookkeeping options include the following services:
- Monthly bookkeeping including transaction posting, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and review of general ledger for accuracy
- Unlimited communication
- Quickbooks Online 15% discount with training
Tax Preparation Services
Individual Returns – Base fee (including 1 state) $400 ($150-$350 for child/student), additional fees for schedule Cs, rentals, brokerage accounts, K1s or other investments, other complex tax events
Business Returns – Base fee (including 1 state) $750, additional fees for more than 2 owners, special allocations, additional states/jurisdictions, ownership changes
Add-on Services
Other state and local taxes (sales tax, property tax, etc.) – $15 per month
Quarterly/Annual Payroll Reports – $50 per month
Informational Form Reporting (1099, 1042, etc.) – $10 per form
Prior years bookkeeping (back work needed) – determined based on applicable revenue, contact for details.
Consulting – $150 for first hour, $100 for each additional hour (prorated to 15 min increments)
CFO Services – $2500 to $9500 per month depending on business needs
